Dear Brian & Pop Games

On behalf of the Waikato A&P Association and Showing Waikato Limited, we’d like to thank you and the games you supplied for the Waikato A&P Show 2022.

The activity that your games brought to the show exceeded our expectations, having your view on where to place them also created the vibes where otherwise there was none in previous years. The public enjoyed every single one of them and I see them as such a essential item for our future events!

For those that are thinking about using these games, I would highly recommend giving them a go, you will not be disappointed in the results no matter how big or small your event is.  If you would like to contact me directly, please don’t hesitate and I’ll happily support Brian’s Pop Games.

Having seen Brian and Pop’s Games at Whangarei A&P Show, our committee decided to add the Games to our entertainment package in 2024.

The area was busy all day, with all ages playing the games together and independently.

Post-event many visitors wrote to say how much they had enjoyed the Show and specifically mentioned Pop’s Games as a fun addition to the entertainment.

From the organiser’s point of view, Brian was efficient and easy to deal with and I would recommend him for any event, catering for any age groups.

Dear Brian

Pop’s Games had a site at the Morrinsville A & P Show for the first time in 2020.

Brian  brought an interesting  range of  games which were very suitable for the  wide cross section of people who were at the Show. It was great to see people of all ages participating and really enjoying these activities.

We will be pleased to welcome Brian and Pop’s Games back for 2021 with an increase in area and number of games.

On behalf of Whangarei A&P Society, thank you for attending our Show with the fabulous games you supplied for Whangarei A&P Show on Saturday 3rd December 2022.

The games and activities were really well received and the games area was very well supported.

I have received lots of favourable comments and compliments about the games – how much fun they were; how engaging they were; and that people couldn’t wait to have a turn!

By way of reference, for others thinking about using these games, I would highly recommend that you work with Brian and give the games a try at your event.

Brian was a pleasure to deal with, reliable and I believe you would not regret having Pops Games at your events.

We had Pop Games delivered to school for a few days as part of our inquiry into making arcade games. It was so amazing to have these giant games at school. We had 13 classes come through and use them as well as groups at lunchtime. The quality of the games were top notch with instructions provided on how to use them. They were delivered in person and set up on site by Brian himself. The children were engaged and it was so awesome to see them using their resilience, problem solving skills, whilst taking turns.  The pure excitement from the kids when they got a goal, or got the ring on the peg was just priceless. Thank you Pop Games. My kids thought it was the best day ever. Would totally recommend having onsite at school.   Thank you. We will send you some of our finished games in a few weeks. The kids might get you some more game ideas!!!

Thank you Brian. The kids and teachers had a blast.

Pinehurst Primary took part in the most wonderful week of fun with a series of outdoor life-sized lawn games. We had a special delivery from Brian of Pop’s Games, which consisted of a range of challenging, exciting games that we could use outside on the field.

Each year level from New Entrants to Year Six spent their morning tea and lunchtime extending their problem-solving, spatial and hand-eye coordination and of course collaborative skills. Most importantly, we all had a lot of fun.

We will definitely be inviting Brian to deliver those wonderful games again as we all enjoyed the challenges.

Finding new activities to keep children having a great time during the holiday programme is always a challenge.

Pop’s Games are not only fun but educational as well. I may be old school but having children work together on games that are tactile (device-free) and also competing with each other was so good to facilitate and see.

The games are well made, sturdy and can take the usual kid pounding. The hard part was choosing which games to hire because they all looked so fun.

We have used Pop’s Games twice now and we are looking forward to more. I also really appreciated the fact that new games and activities were added to the collection.

Thanks Brian for the opportunity to experience your passion for games and fun.

We were really impressed with the scope and range of the puzzles and games. There was a real buzz of excitement around the school and the students couldn’t wait to get stuck in. From an education perspective, we saw the children working on their problem-solving skills, visual-spatial reasoning, hand-eye coordination and practising working out solutions in a team.

Deputy Head of Primary | Kingsway School

POP’s Games really tested the students thinking and reasoning as they solved puzzles and tested their skills on various games. The kids gave it a resounding 10/10!!

Cindi Meyer | Y3/4 Teacher

What a fantastic set-up! POP’s Games was so well run, and the perfect activity for the children to work together and apply those problem-solving skills in a hands-on, fun environment.

I am writing this letter in support of Pop’s Games. The variety of games and interactive challenges that this company provides are fantastic and a great way to get kids and adults off devices and interacting with one another, or being engaged on their own.

Brian from Pop’s Games is great to deal with clear communication, pick ups and drop offs as agreed and we think the games are great value for our community events.

We organised Pop’s Games in the Pakuranga Plaza during the July School Holidays this year and the customer feedback was amazing.

People loved different games and puzzles being organised each day. Pop’s Games team brought in a variety of games that catered to all ages and engaged both kids and parents equally.

The Pop Games team is also very professional, they were always on time and managed everything with very minimal support. We had a really good experience with this team, and we would love to have them again at our events.

Thanks to Brian and his entire team for putting up a great show.
