Bookings

Bookings can be made on our website by selecting the games and putting them in the cart. Or via email your order to [email protected]

Choose the hire dates and select your games. You will receive an email confirmation for your order. If you have any questions please contact Brian Alley at [email protected] or call 021 1580 156

Important: Please book early to avoid disappointment especially at weekends and during the summer months.

Delivery

Delivery is available anywhere within greater Auckland that is from Wellsford to Pukekohe for $60.00 Delivery is free if you hire 15 or more games.

We do not allow any collections. We always deliver our games to you and set them up, ready for you to play.

Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled up to 5 working days before collection which will not incur any fee. For any cancellations within 5 days of the event will incur a $50.00 admin fee.

You can change the date of any booking for any reason, subject to availability at no extra charge.

Payment

Payment is required five days before your event if paying by bank transfer. Payment can be made on our website checkout page by Debit or Credit card or by bank transfer into our bank account. Bank transfers must be cleared 5 days before the event.

Care of the games

Please ensure that the games are returned in a clean condition and that you have included all the pieces (sticks, balls, bags etc). Please avoid spilling drinks or food onto the games. If the games get wet due to rain, that is no problem.

Safety

We try to make sure our games are as safe to use as possible. Please ensure young children are supervised whilst using the games.

Games are hired at the user’s own risk.
